Notícia informa decisão na Justiça da Vara Federal de Ilhéus que confirma a posse de cinco fazendas dentro do território indígena Pataxó Hã-Hã-Hãe. As fazendas Paraíso, Bom Jesus, São Sebastião, Nova Vida I e II ocupadas pelos índios somam 800 hectares à reserva Caramuru/Paraguassu.
