Ministério da Justiça anula criação de território indígena Jaraguá, em São Paulo

O Diário Oficial da União desta segunda-feira (21) trouxe uma portaria do Ministério da Justiça anulando a declaração da terra indígena Jaraguá, que fica Pico do Jaraguá, entre as cidades paulistas de São Paulo e Osasco. A reserva é a menor área indígena do país, com 1,7 hectares, e nela vivem cerca de 720 pessoas. O guarani Tiago Karai Djekupe afirma que os indígenas não foram consultados e vão recorrer.
