O presidente da Funai, Ismarth Araújo, afirmou que existe a possibilidade de aumentar em 84 mil hectares a reserva Xavante de Pimentel Barbosa (MT). O órgão está estudando o caso, e só irá avaliar as benfeitorias dos fazendeiros, já que terras indígenas não são passíveis de indenização.
