O cacique Wilson Moretto, 39 anos, da reserva indígena de Pinhalzinho, morreu próximo a Cornélio Procópio, quando a caminhonete que dirigia chocou-se violentamente com uma carreta. Outros dois índios ficaram gravemente feridos. O motorista da carreta abandonou o veículo, deixando em seu interior os documentos e todos os pertences.
