A Polícia Militar prendeu em flarante Jean Carlos Cretan, índio da reserva de Mangueirinha, acusado de ter seqüestrado uuma menina. J. P., de 7 anos, foi encontrada 20 horas depois do seqüestro. Cretan já cumpriu pena por homicídio, e também tem condenação por ter seqüestrado outra criança em Santa Catarina.
