Em 01 e 02 de agosto foi realizado um encontro entre representantes de diversas comunidades Guarani no Pico do Jaraguá, em São Paulo, com o intuito de renovar alianças, discutir problemas emergentes e elaborar uma lista de reivindicações ao governador de São Paulo, Franco Montoro. O sentido reivindicatório acabou não existindo, pois nem todas as aldeias puderam ser representadas, como a Ribeirão Silveira, por exemplo.
